Jim Fite has appeared on over 3,000 occasions in 22 states. his pervasive and infectious grasp of the value and quality of life has touched audiences from coast to coast. Experienced in both the academic and business worlds, Jim Fite has consulted with such diverse groups as federal, state and local governments, chambers of commerce, American Society for Training and Development, Integris Health, McDonald's Corporation and the Oklahoma Real Estate Commission. Jim, at age 22, was the youngest ever selected as State Manager for the Horace Mann Educators. At age 25 he owned his own independent insurance and real estate agency with offices in Edmond, Quails Creek, and South Western. In 1968 Jim co-founded Jim Fite Marketing and Management Resources. As an educator; Jim has taught at Oklahoma State University, University of Central Oklahoma, and Oklahoma Christian University. He has also served two terms on the Region IV Advisory Council to the U.S. Small Business Administration. Jim Fite continues to work with the business community in consulting roles covering virtually all areas of business operations and management. Jim was proclaimed, "Mr. Small Business" by the Governor of Oklahoma for "a lifetime spent helping small businesses in Oklahoma and across the United States."
